I was turned on to a great website the other day that will send out collection letters FOR FREE for you as if they are from a collection agency to your delinquent subs or clients. The best part is that you retain all the money if they end up paying. It is a cost effective way to remind (nudge) your clients, that might be delinquent on a bill without hiring an agency that keeps up to 40% of the collected amount. This site also has the good concept of setting up a feedback forum so businesses can talk about and hopefully avoid bad clients (like the Better Business Bureau for Businesses)
